Harshvardhan Bansal appointed president of NAREDCO Delhi Chapter

The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) has announced the creation of its Delhi chapter. Harshvardhan Bansal, who is the Director of Unity Group, has been chosen as the president of this chapter. NAREDCO is an important national organization that represents the real estate sector and operates under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.

In addition, other appointments have been made within NAREDCO. PK Gupta, who currently serves as the CMD of NBCC, has been appointed as the Chairman, while Vineet Kanwar, the Group Executive Director of DLF, has been named the Vice Chairman. Gaurav Jain, the CEO of India Infracorp Bahrain, has been selected as the President-Elect.

The main goal of the NAREDCO Delhi chapter is to create a positive environment in the real estate sector that promotes sustainable growth and encourages investment. This will be achieved through close collaboration with the government, industry professionals, and other important stakeholders.

NAREDCO Expands to Uttarakhand

After successfully setting up state chapters in various regions, including Maharashtra, Telangana, Karnataka, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Rajasthan, NAREDCO has now turned its attention to Uttarakhand. The organization is currently involved in the process of establishing a chapter in Uttarakhand, aiming to expand its presence and foster growth in the real estate sector of the region.
